Have your next party at Bend Academy! We do birthday parties, special events, bachelorettes, and beyond and we’d love to host your event! Contact us for specific date & time availability.
Our parties include:
- 1 hour dance class in the studio led by one of our awesome instructors in the style of your choosing.
- Acro, ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, or creative movement.
- Party guests will be led through a structured class and learn a dance combo (mini routine) to end the class. Song requests are welcome! The combo can be done to the song of your choosing so long as we get it with at least 1 week advance notice.
- Aerial silks/hoop parties are also available but without the combo element of dance parties.
- 1 hour in our lobby for cake, food, presents, etc.
- Our spacious lobby comes set up with tables & table cloths. Parties bring their own supplies such as plates, cups, decorations, and cutlery and welcome to bring in any outside food of their choosing.
- The studio is completely booked off for your party during your time.
When you book a party with us, your group has the studio to yourselves. We accommodate up to a maximum of 20 participants for dance parties, 15 participants for acro parties, and 10 participants for aerial parties. Cost is a flat rate of $285 + GST = $299.25. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required when booking a party, the remainder can be paid the day of your party.
There is access to a small fridge (no freezer) in the lobby for drinks and food if needed.
